The mission of NHK consists of creating groundbreaking services, in New Technologies, designed for our customers' satisfaction.

As such, we built a solid team of qualified professionals, with the aim of satisfying each customer with solutions tailored to your needs.

Quality Objectives

The intervention of NHK in the prosecution of your Mission is framed by objectives of the strategic quality that the Administration defines and it monitors. These are, for your time, developed in operational objectivos that constitute the patterns of the planing of the System of Administration of the Quality of NHK.

The strategic objectives of the quality are the following ones:

  • Maintaining the Certification of your System of Administration of the Quality, according to the norm NP EN ISO 9001:2000;
  • Increasing in 2006 the no. of Customers for 4.000, the equivalent to an increase about 25% in relation to 2005;
  • Developing new business lines in 2006.
    The actions associated to each one of the objectives are planed in own document.

Portuguese System of Quality

To reach the objectives of the Quality the Administration of NHK he/she commits with the creation of the infrastructures, of the means and of the work conditions adapted;

As framing of this effort, the maintenance of the System of Administration of the Quality accordingly to Norma NP EN ISO 9001:2000, will constitute the motor of the search of the continuous improvement of the acting of the service, of the processes and of the Collaborators, tends in view the increase of the customer's satisfaction.
